Create Directory
SQL> create or replace directory DB_IMPORT as '/u01/app/oracle/admin/E1Local/import/';
Move your exported file (files.dmp) in it.
Import
impdp system/password@E1Local directory=DB_IMPORT DUMPFILE='JDECTL910.DMP' LOGFILE='imp_jdectl910.log'
